Just Marketing.
It's all about conveying about a product however good or bad , yet letting ourselves in the esteemed way to deliver the best information , features and benefits of the brand and in the end of the day , the person should get convinced and buy it.
The product may be as simple as a battery fan , solar heater , vacuum cleaner extended till the luxurious automobile cars like benz , Audi , BMW etc etc..
all we need is the patience to convey to the best of our abilities.
In general
Everything is marketing as we just see on our own experiences too from the mobile brand we are using till the dish wash bars we have in our kitchens ,
Those days we can still remember some one came to our home and displayed the products explaining it features in our own house and we as a common consumer we tend to listen all about it in a detailed way and tend to simply ignore the product as well the person who said about it and end the dealing with a slaming NO.. yet they humbly take back all that and leave our homes .
Today lots of such things are replaced by the internet source and society they found the means of marketing us through the doors of smart phones . All the pop up notifications as the offers that flash on the msgs till what ever apps that we use there comes the video adds that stops us with their trailer advertisements.
Yet quite few things we do after getting salary is to go through the online shoppings and search the wanted and unwanted things , end up grossing though those and eventually buy it too.. how ever it's just a click on the smart phones and the immediate transaction in being done.!!
We are in the Era of digital marketing and there is absolutely nothing to be done about it rather than embracing it.
We aren't in to it but we already are!!
Not all are in to marketing , not even me . But I feel we all are being marketed in one way or the other as the day we enter into the working class of people we had to market our skill set for the individual betterment , the company then markets the work of all the individual to the general public in the form of finished products and that's the same thing we strive to buy it spending what we earned in creating it . This is a rotational shift that comes back to the same individual again this is how marketing and consumer forum works and keep us moving forward too..
So why this topic !!
A glitch on a scene I heard today from my room mate who's into this field of marketing .
We stay together for almost 7 months since we met , a good personality and a person who switched over his profile from being an IT software engineer to marketing as he was very much passionate about this field.
This fellow dint take up the small things in the beginning and in straight he went up to market the top class brands of 'Mercedes Benz' the eligent automobile company's of the world.
In the beginning
He stood firm with his decision but the reality was something contrasting for what we have ever imagined , it took time in learning the automobile concepts from wheels , steering , gearshafts , interiors , exteriors , lights , front description , back description , additional features and even smallest features on the quality of hand rest covers and what material it is made are to be learnt and by hearted with the span of months time , being a room mate of such a person is always being with a loud speaker phone , all phone calls will be officials ones.. he will be answering all that with the same tone of energy.
The reality..!
Months passed in getting experienced with cars and it's concepts , these cars are over 37laks and goes to 1 crore above as the starting price were a middle class person hasn't even seen such a huge sum of cash yet all his negotiations has to be laks alone and nothing can be done about it. He will keep questioning me on how are these people earning so much of money were we struggle for thousands every month. All we researched and found out was something that no one who works on salary basis came up buying such cars. It's all the business people and politicians who are ready for it . No wonder in it business is such. A street business goes up to en number of branches opening around the globe and still an graduate from a college finding a permanent job with a minimum survival salary and lives a life aiming for an increment or promotions on the account of compromising themselves from personal events. I've read in a book as they said it's just our inability to imagine the ways to make money what lags between the ones who have and ones who don't.
Still figuring out what's the way..
The usual things.
After giving away the breadth in explaining in and out features of the car and patiently wait for the customers reply , were the usual answer is ' will tell you in two days '. Ok sir and he has to follow up the customer after two days by reminding them In a lot more diplomatic way. Some may come up again , some may not be interested. That least affects the sales but the target on the individual does gets affected as every sales person is highly dependent on the incentives on the sale of that one damn car.
No matter how much hard he tries in maintaining the coolness at a point even the most coolest person tend to loose his cool. Not officially just personally.. handling his family aside , handling the customers, managers , targets , awaiting for some incentives. Yet he gets dressed up for the next day with a perfectly ironed office shirt and pants and kick starts the day wearing a smile too.. 🙂
Even I'm awaiting for the day of his first sale and that will be the cherishing best day 😊

Once a customer called for a test drive , my friend and the car driver went to the mentioned location , waited for the customer to come but he said my son will see it I'm a little far away , if he is convinced I'll see to it..
Hearing this he replied ok sir we are in front of your home gate kindly tell me son to come out sir. He replied with ok.
Both driver and bro were waiting and expecting his son arraival !!
And then the big door opened and came a 3rd standard school boy of 7 to 8 years old kid..😁😁❤️❤️
He came near to car and bro was struggling how to respond him as if to call him 'sir' or 'thambi' , made up mind and started calling him sir , vanga sir ..😀😀, nothing beats a professional mode.. waiting for their response soon..
